Niamh, Holly and Max went to Quiddinham on Tuesday the 24th of January 2017 to see the Duchess of Cambridge arrive at the EACH hospice. When the Duchess arrived around 11:20 in a black jaguar with dark green range rovers in front and behind her. In the green Range rovers there were secret service to stop people hurting her and crashing into her. Also, there were secret service at the hospice to make sure there were no suspicious behaviour and made sure no one would hurt the duchess. She walked down the row of schools while loads of people were frantically waving their flags and greeted everybody and asked questions then shed talked to individual people but we weren’t quite sure what she was talking about it.
After, she had gone inside we replaced our flags with ones that had not been ripped and got fresh, new ones to bring home. So, we got onto the mini bus or Miss Yates car, and road a bumpy journey back to East Harling. At 11:55 am to tell our friends the amazing journey we had.

Hi I’m Patience, and only one year ago I was trapped in a mystical time ; I was only 9 then and no one at school believed me when I told them. It was no surprise. I only had one friend my very best of all Lyra. However everything turned around and now I’m liked by almost everyone. Any way moving on I am about to tell you about my dream or thought or adventure whatever you want to call it.
It was a snowy winter’s day and at 3:30pm me and my parents were walking to our local cinema to go and watch a new movie. We went to the front desk to collect our tickets and snacks: jelly beans, popcorn, and jaw-breakers. Our tickets had beautiful colours on such as emerald-green, rose-red and sky-blue. Once we had sat downfall I could hear were the echoes of people whispering in the back. Suddenly the film started I could feel the excitement rushing through my body yes I thought. About 45 minutes later I could feel my eyes slowly closing, my breathing calming and I fell into darkness… all of a sudden I’m awake and for some reason I feel different I go to feel my hair but I see it’s as pink as candyfloss wait aa minute I thought looked around: candy floss floor, fudge fountains and a chocolate waterfall, what an earth has happened I turn and take a step back all I can see is a huge, ginormous, amazing palace filled with jelly bean accessories and a chocolate fudge cake draw-bridge however when I peer in all is dark …until an unusual jelly bean walked in, right to the centre of the grand hall and starts to sing a random song (I’ve never heard of it before) “jelly belly beans turn around and touch the ground! “The music dies down and then the jelly bean dashes towards me saying looking directly at me “what’s your name?” I reply “uhh hi I’m patients! “the jelly bean just laughs and asks” what are you doing here?” “I just really want to go home!” I say bursting into tears. “Well I’m afraid there’s no way of travelling in this place. (Useless I know) NOOOOOOOOOO!!! No way home no more me I thought the weird jelly bean looks at me and explains there may be one way out of this world I then reply rudely “ how would you know you just a jelly bean “Uh I’m not a jelly bean I’m a belly bean,” then he calms down and explains he would take me to cloud the feather. 10 minutes later were there and cloud the amazing little feather covers me in fairy dust and sends me down fudge fountain a gooey slimy one and there I was at home snuggled up in bed home sweet home ,weird dream I know! But never mind it was an adventure a life –time, for definite. In October 2016 our class and the rest of the juniors competed in a cross country competition. The competition was at the recreation ground in east harling, we walked to the rec at about 9.30am. Once we started to walk a bit I realised how nervous I was so to get myself to think about something else I started talking to Libby who was beside me. Once we had got there we saw schools from old Buckingham, banham and lots more.
Once every class had ran apart from class 6 boys it was my turn to run as we warmed up my heart was pounding and my hands were shaking. After our warm up we headed down to the starting line when that whistle blew I knew my pace but it was so tempting to sprint past everyone but I knew it would help staying at a pace rather than sprinting so I carried on. when I got onto my 2nd lap I was gasping for breath I was so tired ,my legs were acing so badly but I would never give up I was determined to at least come in the top 10 . once I was about 30 metres away from the finish line I sprinted as fast as I ever have before and whizzed past all the other girls in front of me I thought come on come on and YES I had done it not only finished I came 6th I was amazingly pound . After that they were doing medals everyone came up to the front in a crowd and they announced the winners of each race altogether our school won about 5 or 6 medals and because I came in the top ten so I am going through to the finals . After that I was dying for a snack so I stuffed it in my face I was so hungry .next we were heading back to school, when we were walking I noticed the colourful splatter of orange and red leaves .I had a fun day!
